Q: Can I write a Will that is clearly against Islamic principles
I have read the Will guide that was sent by 1st Ethical trust. I have a some family members who need my help in writing a will as I am a professional Will Writer.
However if someone , who is a Muslim, does not want to distribute his wealth in the recommended way according to Shariah and wants to leave everything to his wife (not his children etc.) will I be sinning if I write his will according to his wishes?
الجواب حامدا ومصليا ومسلما ومنه الصدق والصواب
A: It is not permissible to write out a will on behalf of a Muslim that conflicts with the laws of Shariah.
